Thanks for shopping at Functional Gut Diagnostics 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of the Methane CH₄ECK^TM breath test, we’re here to help you.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return your Methane CH₄ECK^TM breath test from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your Methane CH₄ECK^TM breath test must be unopened and in the same condition you received it.

Please contact us at admin@functionalgutdiagnostics.com to arrange the return and refund.  We will not refund Methane CH₄ECK^TM breath tests without prior return approval.

You will need to supply the order number, delivery address and last four digits of the card number used for payment.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the kit and confirm receipt. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the kit, proof of postage will required so the kit should be returned either recorded or special delivery.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
